A transparent market-based model for exporters of fresh fruits and vegetables supplying the UAE.

The product is sold based on prevailing market conditions at the time of sale. Our objective is to achieve the best practical market realization while ensuring the product moves efficiently enough to protect freshness and value.

The exporter receives the net proceeds after the 5% AGRO EXIM LLC commission and applicable agreed UAE/shipment expenses are adjusted. Formula: Actual Sales Value − 5% Commission − Applicable Agreed Expenses = Exporter's Net Settlement.

Depending on the shipment and agreed arrangement, applicable expenses may include customs duties/charges, port and clearing charges, municipality-related charges, transportation, market handling, documentation and other applicable UAE-side shipment expenses. Actual expenses depend on the product and shipment.

Under a commission-based market-sale model, the exporter retains the market realization risk. If the UAE market price is higher, the exporter benefits from the higher realization. If the market price falls, the final realization can also be lower.

The exporter is responsible for supplying the product according to the agreed quality, grade, size and packing specifications. If the product arrives with quality problems, deterioration, incorrect grading, poor packing or other issues, market realization may be affected.

The commission model creates a direct connection between actual UAE market realization and the exporter's final settlement. It allows exporters to participate in market upside while keeping the commercial arrangement transparent. Our focus is Fast Sales + Efficient Market Movement + Quick Collection + Faster Settlement.

No. Under the standard commission model, there is no guaranteed minimum selling price or guaranteed profit. The final realization depends on actual UAE market conditions and the condition of the product upon arrival.

Payment is made after the product is sold and the sales account is reconciled. For suitable fast-moving products, our objective is to complete settlement within approximately 48 hours after sales, subject to reconciliation and payment processing.

Yes. We encourage exporters who can maintain consistent quality, packing and supply to develop regular shipment programs. Consistent supply of selected products helps both sides understand the market and build a long-term business relationship.

Suitable fresh agricultural products can include onion, green chilli, pomegranate, banana, elephant yam/suran, semi-husked coconut and other fruits and vegetables subject to market requirements.

The standard commission is 5%, but specific commercial arrangements can be discussed depending on product, volume, shipment frequency, market conditions, customer/order structure and services required. Any variation should be agreed before shipment.

No. In a fixed-price model, the exporter receives an agreed purchase price and the buyer takes the market risk. In a commission model, the product is sold in the UAE market at actual market realization, then the agreed commission and expenses are deducted and the balance is settled to the exporter.
