A transparent market-based model for exporters of fresh fruits and vegetables supplying the UAE.

AGRO EXIM LLC works with exporters on a commission-based selling model for fresh fruits and vegetables. The exporter sends the agreed product to the UAE, and AGRO EXIM LLC handles the UAE-side clearing, market sales and collection. After the product is sold, the exporter receives the net sale proceeds after the agreed commission and applicable expenses.

Under our standard commission model, AGRO EXIM LLC does not purchase the goods at a fixed buying price. We act as the UAE market partner/commission agent and sell the exporter's goods in the market. The final realization is based on the actual selling price achieved in the UAE market.

Our standard commission is 5% of the final sales value, calculated after the product is sold, as per the agreed commercial arrangement.

Exporter supplies product → Shipment arrives in UAE → AGRO EXIM LLC clears & receives the goods → Product is sold in the UAE market → Actual sales value is calculated → 5% commission and applicable agreed expenses are adjusted → Balance is paid to the exporter.

Normally, no. Fresh fruits and vegetables are sold according to prevailing UAE market conditions. The actual selling price can change depending on market demand, arrival volumes, quality, grade, size, packing, season, competition and supply conditions.
